Who we are

AI Struggle Bus, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We build AI automation for operations teams. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect, and with which tool

We collect two kinds of information: what you send us on purpose, and what our analytics tools record about how the site is used.

Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the message you write, which are required, and, if you choose to add them, what you have (an idea, a spreadsheet, a prototype or a spec), a link you paste, your company and your phone number. If you email us, we have whatever you put in the email.

That is the only form on the site. The search box on the use cases page filters a list inside your browser and sends nothing to us. The checklist in our resources section downloads without a form.

Google Analytics 4. Property G-6XWD0JT0X3, provided by Google LLC. It records the pages you visit, the site or search that referred you, your browser and device type, and your IP address, which Google uses to work out an approximate location. Google states that for visitors in the EU, Switzerland and the UK the IP address is used for that and then discarded immediately rather than logged.

We also send Google Analytics a small number of named events so we can tell which parts of the site work: a contact form submission, a checklist download, and a click on a Book a Call button. These events record that the thing happened. They do not carry what you typed.

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Provided by Vercel Inc, who also host the site. They record page views, referrer, approximate country and device type, and page loading speed. Both are cookieless and store no identifier on your device, and both are served from our own domain.

Vercel hosting. Standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, are kept in the ordinary course of serving the site.

Sentry error monitoring. Provided by Functional Software Inc, trading as Sentry. When a page or a form on this site fails, it records the error, the page it happened on and the browser type, so we find out that it broke and can fix it. It is not a marketing or advertising tool: it sets no cookie, it records no session replay, it is not told who you are, and an automatic filter strips any email address or IP address out of an error before it is sent.

Cookies and similar technology, in full

That is the complete list. Our own server sets no cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights set none.

We run no advertising or social media pixel of any kind. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Tag Manager container, and no session recording or heat mapping tool. The LinkedIn icon in our footer is an ordinary link to our profile and tracks nothing. The fonts we use are served from our own domain, so loading a page here sends no request to Google Fonts.

Why we use it

• To answer you when you get in touch, and to send you a copy of what you sent us.
• To understand how the site is used, which pages people read, and which ones lead to a conversation, so we can make it better.
• To keep the site fast and available.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google Consent Mode denies analytics and advertising storage by default before any tag runs, and only your choice on the banner can grant it. That default is set by region, not by guesswork on our side.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either. We disclose information otherwise only if the law requires it, or to a professional adviser such as our accountant or lawyer under a duty of confidence.

Google, Vercel, Resend and Sentry are United States companies and process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where a transfer out of the EEA or the UK is involved, it relies on the transfer mechanism in that vendor's own data processing terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages and email correspondence kept in our mailbox for as long as we may need them for the relationship or for our business records, and reviewed when this policy is reviewed.
• Google Analytics data kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property, which is reviewed annually as part of our privacy review. Google's own retention controls cap this.
• Vercel analytics and server logs kept according to Vercel's retention for those products.
• Sentry error reports kept according to the retention configured in our Sentry project.
• Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear your browser storage.

Your choices and how to opt out

• The cookie banner choosing Essential Only denies analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation, all four at once. Your choice is remembered and reapplied on every later visit. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
• Global Privacy Control if your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a binding opt out. Analytics storage is denied before any tag loads and you are never shown the banner, because there is nothing for us to ask.
• Do Not Track there is no agreed standard for how a site should respond to a DNT browser header, so we do not respond to it. We do honour GPC, which is the signal that carries legal weight in California and Colorado.
• Your browser you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Your rights in California

We honour the rights below for anyone who asks, wherever you live. We do not take a position on whether a particular threshold makes a particular law apply to us. If you have one of these rights, exercise it and we will act on it.

The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives consumers these rights:

• Right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used and shared.
• Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to the exceptions in the law.
• Right to opt-out of sale or sharing of your personal information. We neither sell nor share, and we honour Global Privacy Control regardless.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information we do not collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA defines it.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will never charge you differently or refuse you service for making a request.

Your rights in the EEA and the UK

The GDPR and the UK GDPR give you these rights, by their official article titles:

• Article 15 Right of access by the data subject.
• Article 16 Right to rectification.
• Article 17 Right to erasure, the right to be forgotten.
• Article 18 Right to restriction of processing.
• Article 19 Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing.
• Article 20 Right to data portability.
• Article 21 Right to object, including to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Article 22 Rights in relation to automated individual decision making, including profiling. We make no automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, and in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.

How to make a request

Email us and tell us what you want. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, which is 45 days under the CCPA and one month under the GDPR. We may need to ask you something to confirm you are who you say you are, and we will not use what you send us for verification for anything else. You can use an authorised agent where the law provides for one.

Because this site collects so little, the honest answer to most requests of the form what do you have on me is a contact form message and an analytics record we cannot tie to a person.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. It sets a strict referrer policy, and a permissions policy that denies camera, microphone and geolocation. Access to our email and vendor accounts is limited to people who need it and protected by multi factor authentication. No safeguard is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year, and whenever we add a tracking tool, a form or a vendor that changes what we collect. When we change it we update the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes are noted here.
